Emotional Freedom Techniques through the University of Pittsburgh

I’m excited to share my new course, Emotional Freedom Techniques through The University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work! On this episode of Life Without Limits, EFT practitioners Lori and Jan turn the tables and interview me, Joan Kaylor!

Listen to this special episode, as I share my passion for Emotional Freedom Techniques and why everyone should take this $95 course.  Recommended for certified therapists, nurses, doctors, teachers, and parents.  Anyone who is curious about EFT and who wants to tap into the wisdom of the body to heal itself.

Evidence-based research in EFT indicates it is an effective tool to alleviate symptoms related to insomnia, depression, increased cortisol, PTSD, anxiety, and more. And, in my own experience and practice, it helps clients take back their lives from fear.

We also chat about my enthusiasm to train others in the power of EFT and why I’m so excited about this partnership with Pitt.

Until now, learning EFT required a significant commitment of time and money.  But, with this introductory course, you can learn the fundamentals of Emotional Freedom Techniques for the low price of $95 and just 6 hours of self-paced study.

Experience a quantum leap in healing and stress reduction.

A big thank you to Lori and Jan for this fun interview!
